A company is looking for a Sales and Service Representative in the Customer Care Center.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide service and sales support, including filing disputes and assisting with online banking questions

Educate customers on products and services, transitioning service conversations into sales opportunities

Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

No formal degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred

1+ years of related experience or product knowledge

Home Lending Designated Lender Certification is required

Must have a dedicated, confidential workspace and high-speed internet connection

Ability to pass background checks as required by regulations
