This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, with the first assignment being an airport project. Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
• Coordination : Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
• Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Scheduling : Develop and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
