Who We Are :

Engaging Minds Autism Services is expanding—and we're looking for passionate, driven, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Assistant Analysts (BCBAs & BCaBAs) to grow with us!

At Engaging Minds, we support not only the child but the entire family unit, tailoring our approach to each unique set of needs. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and re-assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment and transition plans
  • Provide weekly face-to-face client and RBT supervision
  • Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
  • Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians (RBTs)
  • Lead monthly parent training sessions
  • Communicate regularly with families to ensure collaboration and progress
  • Provide supervision to ABA students, as applicable
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate in team collaboration
  • Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Maintain clean criminal background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
  • Ongoing participation in continuing education
