Help Wanted : Remodeling Helper & Driver (Experienced Professional)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled, highly professional  Remodeling Helper & Driver  to join our team for 2026 projects. This position is ideal for a disciplined individual with a background in construction who takes pride in their work and maintains a high level of professional conduct on every job site.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Professional Logistics :  Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials and tools. Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors.
  • Skilled Assistance :  Support lead remodelers in demolition, framing, drywall, and finishing. You should be comfortable working around clients in residential settings.
  • Site Efficiency :  Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment at all times.

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Experience :   Minimum 2+ years  of professional experience in the construction or remodeling field.
  • Basic knowledge of measuring, construction materials and use of tools
  • Professionalism :  Must have a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Legal Status :  Must be  legally authorized to work in the United States . We use E-Verify to confirm eligibility.
  • Background Check :  Must have a  clean criminal history . A background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
  • Driving Record :  Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major infractions).

    • Compensation & Perks :

  • Pay :  $20-25 per hour, based on experience and professional track record.
  • Hours :  Full-time, consistent scheduling.
  • Environment :  A respectful, high-standard workplace with opportunities for advancement.
