ROLE SUMMARY :

The Server is a key role in the success of the restaurant. They are responsible for providing exceptional knowledgeable efficient service to guests making their dining experience memorable and personal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume fine dining environment. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction be solutions oriented and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.
• Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chefs specials menu changes and additions and answer any questions.
• Take food and beverage orders suggestively selling specific menu items.
• Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members.
• Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware glassware share plates condiments sugar coffee tea etc.
• Respond to guests needs with a proactive approach.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Maintain appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies.
• Communicate with management and all other service staff regarding all customer needs comments or incidents.
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company division and Health Department.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to review what is expected of service before the shift starts.
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
