Short JD Program Manager (Systemwide IAM) UCOP

Location : Oakland, CA (Hybrid Must live in CA)

Type : 6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Must-Have Skills :

• 10+ years of IT / Program Management experience
• Experience leading IAM assessments or IAM implementations
• Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, federation, identity lifecycle
• Strong communication (10 / 10) and executive-level stakeholder management
• Ability to lead analysis across multiple campuses and build consensus
• Experience creating assessment reports, gap analyses, governance models, and implementation plans
• Familiarity with major IAM vendors / solutions

Role Summary :

Lead systemwide IAM assessment and recommendations for UCOP, focusing on unified SSO / MFA and identity verification. Conduct interviews with IAM teams and IT leaders, analyze current tools and vendor solutions, and present findings to leadership.
