We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Home Health Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a part-time, on-site position (not remote) . The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance within a home health setting.

Responsibilities

- Schedule patient visits and coordinate care.
- Run EMR reports to ensure proper visit types and frequencies are accurately plotted.
- Fax physician orders and maintain accurate communication records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Oversee onboarding of new staff and maintain employee files to ensure compliance.
- Submit authorizations as required to support patient care.

Qualifications

- 12 years minimum experience in a home health office setting.
- Proficiency with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in a healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits

- $25 hourly
