Job Summary

The selected candidate will travel to customer sites to provide Service & Technical support including troubleshooting, installation, hardware / software design, robot programming and training on various types of industrial automation equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Controls systems design, specification, programming, simulation and testing, and start-up assistance
• Design, develop and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
• Debug and servicing of electrical components.
• Inspect robotics and their mechanical installations, performance and construction
• Design, develop and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
• Programming and Troubleshooting HMI (Human Machine Interface) equipment, writing new PLC and HMI applications per customer requirements
• Exceed customer expectations in implementing a collaborative team approach, expertise, and seamless integration of services that include project engineering, hardware / software design, robot programming, integration, start-up, debug, system training and field service / support
• AutoCAD design, panel design and layout, bill of materials, wiring schematic, red-lining, and PI&D drawings
• Prepare cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports Analyze costs of production
