Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional enablement strategies aligned with global strategy
Design, deliver, and manage enablement programs for sales teams
Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and / or sales enablement or training
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Deep understanding of GTM Sales Plays, sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
Strong project management and organizational skills
