Job Summary :

The CTMS Program Coordinator is a position within the University of Colorado Clinical Research Administration Office. As a key member of the application support team, this position encompasses a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. This individual works extensively with professionals in all areas of the University, and UCD affiliates, to assist with the ongoing support of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) used at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus

Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of # days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in public health, public administration, social / behavioral sciences, physical sciences, nursing, healthcare, finance, accounting, business administration, business, or a directly related field from an accredited institution

1 year of professional level experience in a clinical research setting.

A combination of education and related technical / military / paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior experience with OnCore strongly preferred.

Experience with other CTMS or data capture systems in support of clinical research is a plus.

Two (2) or more years of professional experience in a clinical research setting, preferably at a medical center.

Experience working in an application support role with a strong troubleshooting background.

Experience translating clinical research concepts and researcher needs to technical personnel and vice versa.

Experience with other CTMS or data capture systems in support of clinical research

Anticipated Pay Range :

The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $55,495 - $70,590.

The above salary range ( or hiring range ) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
