Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, and renewals
Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, aligning the platform with their business objectives
Lead onboarding and enablement programs to ensure successful rollouts across large teams
Required Qualifications
Typically, 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation for a SaaS product
Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with complex workflows
Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, contributing to systems and process formation
Demonstrated success in driving long-term account retention and managing renewals
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes
