Patent Prosecution Professional (Patent Agent or Attorney) - hybrid

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm , is seeking a Patent Prosecution Professional (Patent Agent or Attorney) with 3+ years of experience to join its highly regarded Intellectual Property team in the Los Angeles or San Francisco offices .

Key Requirements

• Technical Expertise : Experience in wireless telecommunications , including 5G / 6G technologies and WiFi , is required. Additional background in power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical devices, or 3D printing is a plus.
• Education : A degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Patent Experience : Demonstrated success in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications . Familiarity with patent databases and search tools is highly desirable.
