Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage detailed client bookings and vacation plans
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online platforms
Handle updates, modifications, and service-related requests promptly and accurately
Maintain organized and precise client documentation
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives
