Business Development Center Associate

Job Summary

Business Development Center Associate at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC is a full-time hourly customer service position.

The individual in this role has the responsibility of acting as the customer’s first point of contact, both in person and through digital marketing, and will work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is offered a rate of $16 / hour, and is paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers inquiries and questions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Act as the customer’s advocate, responding to their needs, problems and concerns
• Assist customers with the purchase of vehicles
• Increase customer loyalty and retention
• Build relationships with customers
• Generate leads through digital marketing
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools
