Job Description
Provides safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and patient-centered care standards. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Responsibilities include caring for postpartum / mother-baby patients as well as patients after vaginal delivery, C-section, and GYN surgery. Ensures service excellence and meets the needs of patients and families by performing all required patient care functions within licensure and regulatory guidelines.
Certification Required
- ACLS
- BLS
- NRP
- Current RN license in state / district
- Graduate of accredited RN program (BSN highly desired)
