Key Responsibilities

Design packaging that aligns with brand standards and product positioning

Translate creative briefs into packaging concepts and production-ready designs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and creative direction

Required Qualifications

3-6+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in CPG, retail, or e-commerce

Portfolio showcasing strong packaging design work and brand storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience preparing production-ready packaging files and collaborating with manufacturers

Strong understanding of packaging trends and consumer behavior
