Customer Service

Fast-paced transportation brokerage is seeking a part time customer service representative. Hours are 6:30am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday (this is subject to change); Saturday trainings will be required. This position requires ability to learn and maintain information on a daily basis with an emphasis on multitasking and extreme attention to details. 95% of your time will be spent on the telephone. Telephone and basic computer skills are a must; sales or transportation experience a bonus. The right candidate will have high energy and a noticeable positive attitude they share easily with customers and team members. Starting wage will be from $8.00 to $10.00 per hour DOE. The position has a high probability of becoming full time for the right candidate.
