Ultrasound Technologist – SFMC - DH

🕒 Shift : Varied Shifts

  • No On-Call

    • 🕓 Hours : 36 hours / week (guaranteed)

    💰 Salary Range : $39.13 – $51.21 / hr

    💵 Differentials : $2.75 / hr (Nights), $2.50 / hr (Weekends)

    🎁 Sign-On Bonus : $8,000

    📦 Relocation Bonus : Discussed during interview (case-by-case basis)

    🔍 Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular ultrasound exams
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment (GE-9, GE-10, PARKS Unetix)
  • Use EPIC and McKesson for electronic charting and workflow management
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for patient care coordination
  • Work independently when needed (especially on off-shifts or at outpatient sites)
  • Float to outpatient locations as needed (e.g., CFH 91, Glen Park, Morton, Cancer Institute)
  • Adhere to OSF's drug-free workplace policies and compliance standards

    • 📚 Qualifications :

    Required Experience :

  • 5+ years of ultrasound experience preferred
  • Will consider 3–4 years if from another Level I trauma center
  • New grads considered case-by-case (generally not accepted)
  • Experience with Level I or busy Level II trauma centers required
  • Experience using GE-9, GE-10, and PARKS Unetix preferred

    • Licensure & Certification (at least one required) :

  • ARDMS : RVT, RDMS (AB), (OB / GYN), (PS for pediatric techs)
  • ARRT : RT(S), RT(VS)

    • CCI : RVS

    RVT, RT(VS), or RVS required for off-shift and outpatient assignments
