Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable). Education : A master's degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university is required. Experience : Requires two years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults, and two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Residential experience is preferred. Licensure : Must hold a valid California Driver's License and be an LVN / LPT certified. A California Registered Intern Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (MFCC) license is preferred. Therapeutic and mental health services Rehabilitation and recovery services (including substance use rehabilitation) Pre-vocational or vocational counseling Medication evaluation and support Daily exercise and health / wellness education Crisis intervention

Starting Compensation : $90,000 Per Year
Working Location : Irvine, CA
Working Hours / Shift : Monday - Friday 8 Hour AM Shift (On Call After Hours)

This position has primary responsibility for implementing, directing, and supervising the program staff who provide therapy, case management, counseling, and rehabilitation and groups. The Program Director shall be on the premises to manage and administer the program component of the facility in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Program Director shall continue operations and carry out Administrator responsibilities during any absence of the Administrator.
Division / Program Overview :
The Crisis Residential facility is a short-term, voluntary program designed to help adults age 18 and older safely stabilize and recover from a psychiatric crisis. The goal is to help clients transition back to the community.
Services include :
In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is $84,766.83 - $135,626.92. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
