Customer Service Representative

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers - helping them feel supported, understood, and taken care of. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and communicate with both customers and technicians.

You don't need HVAC knowledge - we'll teach you.
You don't need years of experience - we train and develop people.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, clarity, and patience
• Listen to customer needs and provide helpful solutions
• Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation
• Support positive customer outcomes and help ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented call center environment

Compensation

Pay Range: $18 - $21 per hour
Additional earning opportunities through bonuses and performance spiffs.
Minimum Qualifications

We keep these limited and essential:

• Age 18 or older
• Ability to provide professional and courteous customer communication
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Experience with ServiceTitan or call center operations is a plus - but not required.
