The Executive Assistant under limited supervision from the President acting on own initiative, will perform diverse and advanced secretarial duties and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the President’s Office. Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy as well as a practical knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, general company policies and programs. Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May direct and lead the work of others.
This position requires excellent communication skills. Must be proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Attendance and punctuality are essential for efficiency at Vie-Del Company.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
