A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant - CMC LCM.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate functional processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and travel arrangements
Provide backup support to additional department Administrators
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 2 years in a technical school setting, or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize urgent projects
Experience liaising with cross-functional team members
Bachelor's degree preferred
