The Lead Software Engineer provides technical leadership across multiple teams and projects, balancing hands-on development with strategic architectural guidance. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while mentoring developers and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.
