Minnesota Licensed Outpatient Therapist

A company is looking for a Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients, primarily ages 15 and older

Collaborate with psychiatry, case management, and other support services

Required Qualifications

Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota

Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed therapist

Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours

Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels

Telehealth experience preferred
