Title : Program Director / Engagement leader

Location : Chicago, IL / Philadelphia, PA

Type : Full time

Exp : 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Manage client relationships and drive business development.
  • Ensure operational excellence and financial oversight.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional engineering and design teams.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)
  • Preferred : Master’s or MBA, PMP / PgMP / Scrum Master / Six Sigma certifications.
  • Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation.

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 1 5+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a program director role.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members).
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.
  • Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects.
