Duration of Assignment : 12 Months Temp to Hire

Pay Rate Range : $90.00 - $105.00 / hr on W2

Job Description :

Senior Data Scientist, Measurement Science

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and apply advanced measurement and attribution models. This role focuses on causal inference, experimentation, and performance evaluation to support strategic decision-making across Digital, Commercial, Finance, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and apply attribution and causal models (e.g., multi-touch attribution, experimental design).
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate program effectiveness and user behavior.
• Apply best practices in causal inference and statistical modeling.
• Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Deliver insights on performance, lifetime value, and incremental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement measurement frameworks.
