This role offers a unique leadership challenge : unifying multiple engineering teams under a cohesive technical vision, scaling platforms that span several surfaces and user journeys, and driving delivery in a fast-paced environment. As AI becomes a bigger part of our product, this group will be at the forefront—integrating intelligent tooling into the way Klaviyo customers create content. How You Will Make a Difference

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Engineering Managers and ~25 engineers across multiple product areas
• Develop and execute the roadmap for the Editors Platform, Email Editors, Mobile Editors, Forms, and Profile Growth
• Deliver AI-powered features that simplify and elevate content creation for Klaviyo customers
• Drive architectural decisions that enable scalability, reliability, and long-term platform growth
• Partner with Product and Design to ensure alignment between technical execution and user value
• Foster a high-performing culture that supports career development and innovation

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job‑related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign‑on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations :

$220,000 — $330,000 USD
