• Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and records systems
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure quality and consistency
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Generate reports and assist with basic analysis
• Support other administrative tasks as requested
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is an asset
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, disciplined, and adaptable
