Unit Overview : Work in our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit caring for patients post-surgery for :
- Craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
- Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
Your Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal results
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Licensure and Education :
- Registered Nurse license in practice state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program
- Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform transfers, and manage all physical demands of patient care
- Ability to work with protective equipment and in various health care settings
