With the potential to earn a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, you will provide advanced medical assistance in emergency situations, helping to transport and care for patients in critical conditions. • Deliver advanced care and perform assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air or ground transport.

• Accurately document patient care, treatments, and billing information.

• Ensure timely communication with management, internal teams, and external partners.

• Participate in PR and marketing activities to support the company’s mission.

• Stay current with knowledge and skills through required training, clinical rotations, and education sessions.

• Maintain active RN license and certifications, following medical protocols under clinical supervisors.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

• Minimum 3 years of critical care or emergency experience (5 years preferred).

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least one of TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).

• Obtain CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.

• Preferred: previous flight or transport nursing experience.

• Successful completion of education and orientation program.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must meet clinical personnel weight restrictions (under 235 lbs).

• Basic computer proficiency (charting, email, etc.).

• Ability to pass physical exam (strength, flexibility) and drug screening.
