Your Role: Preschool Teacher


As a Preschool Teacher, youll create a vibrant, engaging, and developmentally rich environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired. Through purposeful play and intentional teaching, youll guide preschoolers on their journey of discovery helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Youll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates creativity, communication, and continuous growth.


What Youll Do

• 
  Design and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans (with paid weekly planning time!)
  
  
• Build trusting, responsive relationships with children through positive interactions and consistency
  
  
• Foster a classroom culture rooted in curiosity, kindness, and cooperation
  
  
• Observe, document, and celebrate each childs progress and milestones
  
  
• Partner with families through open, consistent communication
  
  
• Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom that encourages exploration and independence
  
  

What You Bring

• 
  Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or actively pursuing)
  
  
• Experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
  
  
• A professional presence, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
  
  
• Familiarity with emergent or play-based curriculum approaches (preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a reflective, growth-minded attitude
