What Youll Do

Serve as the first line of technical response for customer issues involving deployment, performance, or product use.

Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues using your knowledge of AI systems, distributed computing, and programming.

Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate, track, and close complex issues efficiently.

Document insights, solutions, and recurring issues to improve internal knowledge and customer experience.

Test new releases across multiple IDEs, languages, and environments; automate parts of QA and support workflows.

Contribute to the design of scalable processes and support systems as the company continues to expand.

Who You Are

2+ years in a full-time technical or engineering role.

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go .

Experience with distributed computing, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn quickly.

Passionate about AI, machine learning, and large language models hands-on experience is a plus.
