Join Our Team at Paws Pet Resort & Spa!

Are you a people person who also loves animals? We’re looking for a reliable and upbeat Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can switch gears between customer service and hands-on pet care with ease.

Responsibilities at the Front Desk :

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, or grooming services
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records

Requirements :

  • Must love dogs and cats
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Sales background a plus!
