Illinois Outbound Collections Representative

A company is looking for an Outbound Collections Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of outbound calls to address overdue loan payments

Negotiate payment plans and facilitate arrangements to bring accounts up to date

Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of outbound collections experience within a call center environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

Multitasking abilities and effective time management skills

Proficient in phone communication and active listening
