Key Responsibilities
Interact with internal client departments and dealerships via telephone, email, and case management software
Manage cases and track interactions required for specific repairs to reduce downtime
Provide timely solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of technical truck / automotive and direct customer service experience, or an associate degree with 6+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 4+ years
Familiarity with various work processes and activities through job-related training and experience
Ability to work shifts during specified hours of operation
Reliable internet setup with a wired connection; wireless and satellite connections are not supported
Must be a Michigan resident and have a distraction-free work environment
