[job_card.job_description]$100,000 Life Insurance Policy (firm-paid) Paid Time Off : 2 weeks after 1 year 3 weeks after 2 years 6 personal / sick days + 6 federal holidays annually Health Coverage : B asic health, dental, and vision insurance paid 100% by the firm. Benefits begin on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. Additional Perks : Discounted JCC gym membership and more. Minimum 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and UM claims in Florida. Proven trial experience with mastery of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Comfortable leading depositions, hearings, mediations , and full trial prep and execution. Skilled in presenting PowerPoint presentations and other visuals during mediation and trial. Aggressive, sharp, and tenacious — with impeccable attention to detail and case strategy. Strong courtroom presence, confident under pressure, and highly competitive. J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing (required).

We are seeking a battle-ready Board Certified Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 20 civil trials as First chair to take the lead on bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Pay : $200,000 base per year.
- Commission : Performance-based, uncapped — potential to earn $400K+ annually.
(Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
1 week after 6 months
4 plan options, including HSA.
