$100,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Equipment Engineer to join our team in Fremont, CA. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of advanced manufacturing equipment—from planning and installation to maintenance and optimization—ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of machinery used in our cutting‑edge diamond production processes.

Responsibilities

• Uphold equipment safety standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and develop safety procedures to mitigate hazards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance; diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to maximize uptime.
• Manage installation and commissioning of new equipment—setup, calibration, integration—and identify, design, and implement modifications to improve safety, quality, or efficiency.
• Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades, expansions, or replacements; work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Author and review SOPs, technical reports, preventive maintenance plans, and other critical documentation.
