Opportunity

  • Join an existing group of fourteen anesthesiologists and 1 CRNAs
  • Mercyhealth Hospital & Trauma Center is a Level II Trauma Center
  • Position is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity
  • Diverse practice including healthy pediatrics, low volume OB, trauma, neurosurgery, thoracic and vascular, cath lab, gynecology, general surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology and urology
  • Majority of the time you would be doing your own cases
  • Very generous vacation
  • Cardiac cases are negotiable
  • Fair and equitable group from day one in terms of compensation, vacation, scheduling, and call requirements
  • Cover only one hospital location
  • Friendly, collegial, and stable environment – willing to train a new anesthesiologist.

Qualifications

  • MD / DO board certified / board eligible
  • Residency training from an accredited program
  • The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
  • Skilled at providing exceptional care for all ages

    Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package :

  • Range $520k for General Anesthesia
  • 600K for Cardiac Anesthesia
  • Retention / Sign On bonus
