Position Description :
Organizes and streamlines data to facilitate business decisions using data visualization tools - Excel and Power BI. Designs, builds, and tests UI pages / transactions using metadata driven UI. Collaborates with teams to scale the digital experience platform and power customer experiences using metadata driven User Interface (UI). Provides digital solutions using Unified Modeling Language (UML) work products use case diagrams and activity diagrams in conjunction with technical documentation on metadata driven UI. Performs business, data, or system analysis and program management of enterprise-wide initiatives (digital platform for User Interface / User Experience (UI / UX) development, tools, services, knowledge, and support). Defines and coordinates project scope to maintain and improve platform services (product management, omnichannel experience, customer delivery, UI / UX, and platform technology sub domains). Develops digital capabilities for a cohesive customer experience across products and channels, by focusing on customer needs, emerging technology, trends, and enterprise goals.

Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Analyst (or closely related occupation) analyzing and optimizing the functionality, performance, and user experience of a particular platform or software system to ensure alignment with business goals, in a financial services environment.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Analyst (or closely related occupation) analyzing and optimizing the functionality, performance, and user experience of platforms or software systems to ensure alignment with business goals, in a financial services environment.
