Key Responsibilities

  • Review accounts to identify delinquent payments and initiate collection efforts
  • Conduct follow-up calls to collect outstanding invoices and charge-backs
  • Perform financial risk analysis to monitor credit risk within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to provide updates on account status
  • Evaluate customer records and recommend appropriate credit actions
  • Maintain accurate credit databases and review credit-held orders daily
  • Provide backup support for other collection analysts as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business
  • Minimum of 1 years of analytical experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
