About our Sr. Business Analyst — Revenue & Strategy
Audiochuck is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst — Revenue & Strategy to serve as the central interpretation layer between data and decision-making. This role is critical to assembling and interpreting available data, producing executive-grade decks, owning scorecards, and translating complex information into clear business impact.
This individual will own RevOps, show, and network scorecards; drive forecasting accuracy; and synthesize cross-functional datasets into actionable recommendations that directly influence revenue, inventory, and operational strategy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-minded, and exceptional at data storytelling for executive audiences.
What You’ll Do
Own executive scorecards and decks, including the RevOps Scorecard, show performance and forecast pivots, and board- and executive-level presentations that reconcile operations, revenue, and finance
Establish and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences, providing narrative context around what changed, why it matters, and recommended actions
Lead forecasting and variance analysis by maintaining bottom-up revenue models, improving forecast accuracy, and clearly explaining drivers of variance to executives and Finance
Support RevOps and Ad Ops initiatives through placement analysis, RPM and CPM trend analysis, and partner performance reporting
Build and maintain analytical templates and toolsets (dashboards, pivot models, automated data pulls) to reduce manual work and ensure a single source of truth
Present synthesized insights to executive leadership, converting complex datasets into concise decision-oriented slides and leading executive Q&A discussions
What You Will Bring to the Table
3–6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and a BI tool such as Looker
Strong command of data storytelling, with the ability to transform raw tables into clear, five-slide executive recommendations
Experience with revenue forecasting, scorecard development, and financial or operational modeling
Nice to Have :
Media, podcast, or ad operations experience, including familiarity with RevOps scorecards
Experience building and maintaining board-level or executive leadership materials
