Certification Coordinator

A company is looking for a Certification & Enablement Coordinator to support the execution and enhancement of technical certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external vendors for certification exam delivery and manage exam voucher lifecycle

Oversee quality assurance for training courses and support certification exam creation and updates

Manage certification badges and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate badge issuance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in coordination, certification management, or training operations

Familiarity with digital badging platforms and LMS / CMS systems

Experience collaborating with vendors and external customers

Background in technology, SaaS, or product training environments is preferred

Understanding of certification exam development or content creation workflows is a plus
