New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. 44 weeks a year, average of 4 5hours a week, 8 Weeks PTO Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off. No overnights or weekends are required. Physicians act in both a supervisory role and also shifts performing clinical work independently. Banner University Medical Center is a nationally recognized, 733-bed academic Level I Trauma Center and one of Arizona's leading hospitals. We have a talented group of mostly fellowship-trained physicians and some of the strongest CRNAs in the Valley. Compensation : 44 weeks a year- W2 : $450K to $600K (with call) 1099 : $467K to $700K (with call) Sign-on bonus and quality bonus available Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage. 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually. Annual CME allowance.
