[job_card.job_description]Completion of paid training with full attendance A valid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement Upon hire, we will provide training for you to earn a DMV credential (VDDP Certificate) to drive developmentally disabled persons (VDDP) within 60 days. This credentialing requires a comprehensive background review and requires an interview by the CHP. Continued employment is dependent upon successful completion of this Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service Clean driving record and valid California Drivers License Physically able to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers Availability for training in Ceres, CA , typically 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM for 8 business days One professional reference required Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with ongoing random testing per federal regulations $22.50 - $24.75 / hour depending on experience + $500 BONUS after 30 days We offer a comprehensive benefits package beginning the first of the month following one full month of employment that includes medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, life, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and more.
