Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of global strategic partners and ensure high-quality engagement across regions

Drive the development of integrated solution bundles and collaborate with various teams to create productized offerings

Design and lead multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with regional leadership and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)

12-15+ years of experience in international development or related fields

Proven experience managing major donor relationships and multi-stakeholder partnerships

Demonstrated leadership in advisory or program strategy roles

Experience in product strategy or solution bundling
