Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled SharePoint Online Permission Attestation Workflow Specialist to design, implement, and manage automated workflows that ensure accurate and secure permission reviews across SharePoint Online sites.

Skills Required :

SharePoint Online Administration

Power Automate

PowerApps

Permission Attestation Workflow

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Skills that are Nice-To-Have but Not Mandatory :

Microsoft 365 compliance and governance tools

Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001

Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint Administration certification

Experience in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance)

Responsibilities :

Design and implement permission attestation workflows using SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and PowerApps

Configure workflows for periodic permission reviews

Develop secure libraries and audit trails

Automate notifications and escalations

Integrate approval processes for attestation

Collaborate with compliance and governance teams

Monitor workflow performance and optimize

Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI
