Manufacturing Supervisor (West Palm Beach)

Recruit Right is seeking a second shift Production Supervisor to work for our client. This is a full-time, not temp or contract role with a leading supplier in their field. The shift hours will be 3 PM - 11 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the willingness to come in early or work late or on weekends as needed. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise floor operations, ensuring schedules, raw materials, and equipment are ready for each shift.
• Lead shift meetings, track productivity, and provide end-of-shift reports.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Act as liaison with Maintenance, Planning, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Train, coach, and support team members; handle performance feedback, scheduling, and compliance.
• Serve as acting supervisor when needed and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
