Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Compensation : $54,000 - $63,000 yearly Responsibilities : Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner Qualifications : Must have a valid Real Estate License Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service About Company Smallegan Real Estate is a fast-growing independent brokerage based in Grand Rapids.
