Your base pay will be determined based on your skills and experience, and you will also be eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the 401(k) program.
We encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. Brookdale supports associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by covering fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, after one year of service with us.
