What You'll Do:

• Speak to warm, pre-qualified leads handed off by our Warm Callers.
• Identify needs, handle objections, and build strong rapport.
• Confidently present our offer or services.
• Guide clients to a confident "yes" and close the deal.
• Update CRM with outcomes and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in phone-based sales or customer service, ideally in high-ticket or closing roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven without being pushy.
• Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals.
• Able to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow up professionally.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working from home.
• Clear, friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.
